Scour around the scaffold docks is known as a significant gamble that is trailed by a huge number of dollars of costs notwithstanding the setbacks for the substitution and improvement of extensions. These days, there are various ways of controlling scour around the extension dock, for example, utilizing the riprap, collar, opening, or utilizing a mix of them. In this review, the impact of opening on scour decrease around the scaffold wharf at 180° waterway twist was contemplated. Subsequently, four models of extension wharf with space and one without opening at three places of 60°, 90°, and 120°from the twist of 180° and four stream approaches at dock as 0°, 15°, 30°, and 45°were considered. The outcomes showed that as the stream approach at wharf expanded, the scour profundity expanded. Besides, as to the more noteworthy profundity of scour in the primary portion of the twist, it is prescribed to build spans in the final part of the curve on the off chance that it is expected to develop span with opened docks in the stream twist.
