The proposed Event Booking Management System is a computer-implemented platform designed to provide a unified digital solution for managing multiple event-related services such as photography, bridal makeup, catering, function halls, and transportation. The system enables users to browse services, check real- time availability, and complete bookings through a centralized interface, thereby eliminating manual coordination and reducing booking conflicts. Customer data and service details are securely stored to support efficient scheduling and event planning. The platform incorporates an intelligent service-matching mechanism that recommends suitable service providers based on service category, location, availability, and event requirements. Service provider profiles maintain booking history, ratings, and performance records to enhance transparency and trust. The system is built on a scalable full-stack architecture consisting of a frontend interface, backend processing layer, and relational database. Its modular design supports future enhancements such as payment gateway integration, mobile application support, calendar synchronization, and advanced analytics. By optimizing resource utilization and streamlining event workflows, the platform improves operational efficiency, enhances user experience, and provides a structured ecosystem for modern event management. Automated notifications and reminder functionalities ensure timely communication between customers and providers, improving coordination and overall service reliability.
