The study assessed the efficacy of a planned teaching programme on knowledge regarding minor disorders during pregnancy and their home remedies among primigravida mothers in a selected PHC in Bangalore. The findings revealed that such educational interventions play a crucial role in improving maternal awareness and preparedness for managing pregnancy-related discomforts. By equipping mothers with practical knowledge, the programme helped reduce reliance on unnecessary medications and consultations, fostering better maternal well-being.
